What is "The War of the Words"?
We are a group of 8th and 9th grade students (plus two advisors) from a middle school in Utah. Our club meets every other week to write and share our writing with others. This blog is a place for us to post bits and pieces of the stories and novels we have in the works. We are hoping for good, specific feedback in our efforts to improve our writing. We love comments, but please remember our tender ages (except for the old-lady advisors). We are looking for suggestions, but we hope you'll stay positive in your comments.
Please do not plagiarize! We have worked hard on our ideas, characters, plots, conflicts, literary devices, etc. The writing published here belongs to the individual who wrote it. Please do not steal from us!

Oh, sorry. I was thinking about someone I sit with in the class. About the thing with the boy in the mirror... It's hilarious. A girl thinks up a boy and he appears in her mirror that night singing something like... "I was walking around in circles, don't know what I was doing, found a peice of paper that said--I was walking around in circles..." You get the idea. I'll see you next time we meet, whoever you are!

That sounds like a cool story! Funny? It sounds like a romance/...fiction novel... Very interesting!
